Stain & Spillage Removal
If you have had a spill and it has left a presence on your carpets or fabrics, care is required to gently remove the problem without causing it to absorb into the fibres further leading to a permanent stain. Our stain removal processes are approved for all type of fibres and fabrics subject to our testing.
An understanding of the type of carpet or fabric and its construction, along with the type of problem area will determine what results can be achieved. We carry out a huge range of stain and spillage removal techniques to professionally deal with problem areas, but sometimes the spill could have dyed or changed the colour of the fibre.

To safely carry this process out, stain removal needs to have been completed and dried to give the most effective results.
Our Emergency Stain removal service is available and is proven to be very successful on most problem areas.
Safeguard Your Surfaces: Essential Spillage Removal Tips
Step One- Blot the spill until nearly dry with kitchen roll or a white towel.
Step Two- If a water based spill has occurred, mist warm water or sparkling water to the surface of the spill and absorb.
Step Three- Apply some Woolsafe stain remover to the surface and blot dry. Repeat this if the spill is lightening.
Step Four- Mist over with warm or sparkling water to remove any excess stain remover and blot out.
If the spill looks worse when dry, please try again as the spill may have wicked to the surface upon drying.
